- Candidate must possess at least an "O" level certificate.
- Communicate well with good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Adequately conversant in English. Being able to communicate in a second language is a plus.
- Honest with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Computer literate and verse in using Apps and communication tools.
- An interest in working with people and the ability to cheerfully provide great service with a smile.
- Demonstrates the appropriate level of skills to promote company products.
- Some working experience in sales & customer service is required for this position.
- Promptly attending to customer enquiries and follow up in a friendly and professional manner.
- Follow-up on appointment viewings (from WhatsApp/Telephone calls) and convert potential customers to storer
- Addresses customer service issues expeditiously
- Sells product features, benefits, and competitive advantages in a customer-focused approach
- Drive Sales by converting enquiries into successful customer sign up.
- To be pro-active by also upselling our other services (eg. BoxShop items, e-Move, Biz-plus)
- Collaborate with the onsite team to achieve sales and revenue goals for the business.
