Job DescriptionYou will be involved in the areas of Sales & Marketing in Group Insurance business, and understand the process of servicing intermediaries on existing renewal business to achieve high renewal retention and business developmentThe Job· Relationship building with intermediaries to retain existing business;· Flow down renewal data to BPO for billing and liaising with operation team to resolve operational matters;· Undertake any other projects assigned from time to time such as products /services enhancements, market analysis;· Make accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;· Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;· Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices;· High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork;· Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes;· Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;· Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks; and· Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.QualificationsOur Requirements· Degree or equivalent industry qualifications;· Strong interpersonal skills & relationship-building;· Energetic and sales oriented individuals;· Adaptable and able to work independently and under stress;· Soft skills in relationship building;· High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork; and· Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.About Great EasternEstablished in 1908, Great Eastern places customers at the heart of everything we do.
