Manager (Project Management)

• Manage subcontractor and engineer to deliver the project in accordance to the program.
• Plan and manage site activities of sub-contractors and coordinating on site level with other partners’ sub-contractors.
• Independently chairing the sub-contractor meeting and attending any stakeholders, client, partners, authorities meeting whenever is required.
• Prepare Presentation slide, MSRA, micro schedule, look ahead plan, daily/monthly report during construction & T&C stage
• Manage site construction daily work for project and liaising with the consultants, vendors, subcontractors, partners and customers.
• Manage construction, QAQC inspection/ testing for the area of responsibility
• Attending all relevant WSH activities such as Safety site walk, TBM, audit, safety stand down etc
• Interact with project technical supports for relevant site work and liaise with other engineer during project execution and commissioning work.
• Prepare technical submissions of proposal (when needed) including drawing, layout and interacting point requirement.
• Any tasks or jobs assigned by Management.

• Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 8 years of relevant working experience in design, construction or operations
• Familiar with process engineering, mechanical system and their standards in related discipline is an advantage.
• Related working experience in Waste to Energy plant, thermal power plant, and process industries is an advantage.
• Having correct working attitude and will be full time working on site.
• Experience in BIM and hands-on AutoCad operating will be preferred
• Knowledge in engineering, planning and design software will be an advantage
• Will be required to work on shifts, and on Sat and Sun with leave in-lieu arrangement.
• Willing to work in Tuas.
