A leading organization in the financial services sector is seeking a strategic recruitment leader to drive talent acquisition and manpower development across multiple business teams. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape recruitment strategy, lead transformation, and partner with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.Key Responsibilities: -
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies and manpower plans aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Take ownership of complex manpower challenges and offer innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Lead a team of Recruitment Managers in driving performance and capability development.
  • Partner closely with agency leaders to support recruitment and retention, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies.
  • Drive key projects that support agency growth and manpower expansion initiatives.
  • Engage in strategic hiring efforts, including assessing experienced group hire, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess the following: -
  • Proven ability to influence, engage, and manage stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive experience in recruiting and managing sales or agency networks in regulated industries
