Job Description:ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee the day-to-day facilities management for 19 retail shops in Changi Airport and associated office spaces, ensuring that high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and security are upheld.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for facility systems, including escalators, electrical, plumbing, and general stores' maintenance.
Respond to facility-related emergencies and troubleshooting, working alongside contractors and vendors when necessary.
Source and coordinate all maintenance and repair services performed by external contractors to ensure compliance with company standards.
Ensure all maintenance activities meet regulatory and safety guidelines, conducting regular risk assessments and implementing control measures.
Submissions of invoices for repairs and maintenance work related timely
Facilitate the submission of maintenance purchase requests.
Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
NITEC or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in facilities management or maintenance roles, preferably within retail or hospitality environments.
Resourceful and thrive in fast pace environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Proficient in using computer software related to facilities management and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid FSM certificate is an advantage.
Work location: Changi Airport with a 5-day work week, including some weekends and public holidays as necessary.
