- Guide the planning, implementation and review of CLP's programmes that enhance charities and groundups.
- Manage all people-related aspects of the team to nurture the desired organisational culture.
- Enable charities to fundraise more effectively and grow their donor base.
- Understand giving.sg donors to reach more people and increase donations.
- Build new pathways to unlock markets and segments.

- Able to independently network and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information, as well as translate policy guidance into actionable strategies
- Knowledge of non-profit sector strategy development approaches (e.g. Theory of Change, Logic Model, etc)
- Knowledge of the charity and groundup space is preferred
- Ability to design and implement programmes
- Good project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Leadership and Performance - Centred on the identified areas of leadership and governance, including milestone programmes to enhance the dynamics between board members and CEOs or Executive Directors of charities.
- Philanthropy Collective - Centred on the identified areas of fundraising, impact measurement and collective philanthropy.
- Segment and Market Development - Responsible for growing adoption and engagement on giving.sg through data-informed strategies that deepen participation across diverse giver segments, as well as the exploration of a ‘High-Performance Charity Model' as a form of broader market development.
- Groundup Development - BAGUS Together - A 5-year project (FY2023-FY2027) funded by Temasek Foundation and Tote Board that supports and amplifies groundup initiatives and citizen changemakers. The evolution of this area of work is the potential strategic alignment with the ‘Next-Gen Givers Strategy' which focuses on growing the pipeline of future volunteers and donors.
