Our client is up an coming Multi Family Office.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAs a multi-family office for ultra-wealthy individuals, we support each family's asset management with a high degree of customization. In this position, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, focusing on the following tasks:Supporting the execution of portfolio and investment proposals, explanations, and investments for Japan high-net-worth clientsPlanning and execution of investment strategies in collaboration with portfolio management and existing portfolio managersFormulate and review allocation strategies in line with customer-specific operational goalsPractice of multi-asset management of funds, bonds, stocks, hedge funds, alternatives, etc.Periodic portfolio reporting and presentationOperational support such as client onboarding, KYC, and account openingPractical cooperation and negotiations with overseas financial institutions (PB/Custodian, etc.)Bilingual internal and external communication in Japanese and EnglishREQUIREMENTSPractical experience in asset management (at least 3 years)Experience in fund managementNative Japanese levelBusiness English conversational, reading and writing skills (frequently used both internally and externally)Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, etc.High multitasking ability and practical performanceCustomer-oriented and team-orientedWe regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
