- Oversees and guides all recruitment procedures and processes for the TA team; including managing hiring timelines, market insights, sourcing platforms, and developing strategies customised for different roles and talent segments.
- Manages the lifecycle of recruitment services; including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing & selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management, and status communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to define recruitment and candidate sourcing strategies, priorities, and metrics to ensure alignment with functional and recruitment goals
- Keeps abreast of industry trends and implements suitable social media recruitment strategies to effectively engage and attract candidates. This involves the strategic use of recruiting platforms and techniques to identify active and passive candidates, such as LinkedIn, search engines, niche job boards, social media, user groups, and blogs.
- Collaborates with internal departments to support manpower planning that aligns with the evolving operational and strategic needs of the university.
- Leads and participates in various impactful TA projects such as strategic workforce planning, deployment of AI/technology in TA, data driven decision making etc.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent in related field
- Possess at least 8 years of relevant HR work experience, particularly in the area of in-house Talent Sourcing, Acquisition and Operations
- Sourcing experience in traditional and non-traditional sources like databases, networks, job boards, social media, online forums, Blogs etc.
- Experienced in executing social media recruitment and branding activities on LinkedIn
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient and experience in the use of applicant tracking systems
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and online recruitment strategy
