1. NetSuite Solution Architect:Are you a NetSuite expert with a knack for designing innovative solutions? We're seeking a talented NetSuite Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you'll be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing scalable NetSuite solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
  • Design, implement, and optimize NetSuite configurations to meet client requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on NetSuite best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve our solutions.
Qualifications:
  • More than 5 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Should be a typical presales person who can give a demo, provide solutioning to prospects and do scoping / effort estimation of the projects.
  • Extensive experience with NetSuite implementation and customization.
  • Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
  • NetSuite certifications are a plus.
2. Business Development Manager:Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for driving business growth? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. As a BDM, you'll identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and build long-term relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Min 5 years’ experience of NetSuite sales. Will be responsible for lead generation, and managing entire sales process from lead to closure including liaison with NetSuite sales team, making proposals , commercial negotiations etc.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
3. Junior Salesperson (Telemarketing):Are you a motivated individual with a passion for sales? We're seeking a Junior Salesperson to join our telemarketing team and help drive sales growth. As a Junior Salesperson, you'll be responsible for prospecting new clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
  • Min 2-3 years’ experience doing similar job. cold calling, lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
