- System Owner for all standards for site and related SOPs. Responsible to conduct regular assessments of metrology systems, instruments, and equipment to ensure accuracy and precision in measurement, adhering to corporate calibration program.
- Develop and maintain site calibration strategy and procedures, ensuring site specifics are aligned to global calibration and maintenance program. Lead or support internal and external audits related to calibration and metrology activities.
- Serve as point of contact for all calibration, instruments and analytical equipment related activities, collaborating with multi-functional teams to support production, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Build and approve calibration data sheet from all projects and ensure of all data sheet in compliance with the rules set in CMMS as part of a Calibration Program.
- Participate in any Supplier Audit to incorporate as “Approved Calibration Supplier” as part of a Calibration Program.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirement for pharmaceutical instrumentation application and analytical equipment. (USP857, USP645, ISO17025 etc.)
- Electrical equipment and SOP system owner. Provides technical support to the site on technical issues related to Equipment/ Systems.
- Serve as point of contact for all electrical related activities, collaborating with multi-functional teams to support production, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Review of thermal scanning results, Partial discharge result for Electrical distribution and make necessary recommendation for improvement / adjustment.
- Experience in power monitoring system and make recommendation for system improvement in energy efficiency for utilities systems.
- Liaise with 22kV License Electrical Worker (LEW) to arrange for any shutdown servicing related activities. To plan and coordinate shutdown maintenance activities of electrical system.
- Managing 230V/ 400V small power DBs, UPS, gensets, and Ex-rated equipment.
- Leading and supporting electrical switch gear maintenance, troubleshooting, and RCA documentation.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., NEA, EnMS, GHG, EUR) and energy reporting.
- Demonstrate project management skills, application of concepts and apply knowledge of engineering principles and practices outside of area of field expertise to broad variety of assignments in related fields.
- Develop new Preventive and predictive maintenance programs for new systems/ instruments.
- Develop and conduct Risk Assessment for high-risk activities – installations and commissioning.
- Liaise with Project team to take over electrical/ instrumentation systems from new projects.
- Experience in validation processes such as generation/execution of Installation/ Operation/ Performance qualification documentation.
- Experience in investigation of non-conformance, development of corrective and preventive actions and generation and implementation of change control.
- Drive the Continuous improvement of Equipment system operating maintenance and reliability program.
- Triage and resolve issues related to electrical or instrumentation process deviation and non-conformances.
- Equipment/ Process Equipment knowledge to perform sophisticated solving of equipment failures or malfunctions and/ or the development of technical assessments.
- Support the strategic plans for cost and resource optimization by regularly discussions with key clients and global network to find opportunities,
- Support energy conservation by identifying and implementing various options for saving energy, leading awareness programs, and monitoring energy consumption.
- Providing mentorship and expertise to junior members in areas related to instrumentation and electrical systems.

- Doctorate Degree OR
- Master’s degree in engineering and 2 years of directly related experience, preferably in related pharmaceutical company or GMP environment or oil/ gas industry OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of directly related experience, preferably in related pharmaceutical company or GMP environment or oil/ gas industry OR
- Diploma and 8 years of directly related experience, preferably in related pharmaceutical company or GMP environment or oil/ gas industry.
- Experience in leading various collaborators’ expectations.
- Good interpersonal and facilitation skills necessary to forge consensus among competing client interests while ensuring objectives are met.
- Trained Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM).
