As an MEP Leader specialising in Aviation, you will play a critical role in the design and delivery of complex airport infrastructure projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated mechanical, electrical, and public health engineering solutions across terminal, airside, landside and supporting facilities.You will work closely with clients, architects, project managers, and airport stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services in line with aviation operations, regulatory requirements, and project demands. From strategic input through to concept, detailed design and construction, you will play a key role in delivering projects of exceptional quality and performance.The Opportunity
  • Serve as Project Director for major aviation system design projects, ensuring successful commercial and technical delivery.
  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals and aviation industry needs.
  • Lead the Aviation Digital team, fostering a high-performance culture and mentoring digital professionals.
  • Identify and prioritize technology initiatives, staying abreast of emerging trends and innovations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to align digital roadmaps and foster strategic partnerships.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • Over 20 years of experience in digital/IT leadership roles, preferably in aviation.
  • Proven success in delivering complex digital/IT projects within airports or aviation environments.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation technologies, systems, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
  • Executive-level leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with relevant certifications highly desirable.
