- Support strategic initiatives to provide a delightful and exceptional customer experience
- Support the designing & continuous improvement and optimization of business processes
- Support the development and maintenance of process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams
- Assist in the organization and management of the team's data resources to have it immediately accessible for analysis
- Audit the quality, integrity and comprehensiveness of the data collected
- Ensure that client information is accurately reflected and updated
- Clean, organize and interpret data with appropriate tools to rectify issues in a sustainable approach whenever a new pattern is detected
- Develop and build knowledge management capabilities to facilitate best practices across teams and countries
- Assist in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across all operations teams to deliver valuable projects
- Support the BPM managers by driving various initiatives and projects, giving regular progress updates and ensuring timely completion
- Bachelor's Degree and above (final year or fresh graduates)
- Willingness to learn and curious mindset
- Be highly collaborative as the role will work closely with other department members on cross-functional projects
- Strong teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a flair for data analysis
- Ability to work independently; can prioritize and adjust tasks in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Strong Project Management experience with attention to detail
