What the role is:You will be part of the Data and Systems Team, focusing on both data analytics and systems development initiatives. The role encompasses analysing enterprise programme data to uncover strategic insights, developing predictive models to evaluate programme effectiveness, and creating interactive dashboards for performance tracking. In addition, you will drive the enhancement of digital tools and systems for WSG programmes, working closely with IT personnel and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring robust project delivery and stakeholder alignment.What you will be working on:ResponsibilitiesData AnalyticsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business context and strategic priorities to define problem statements and objectives and develop key performance indicators and metricsCollect and review relevant data from various enterprise programmes and engagement data and perform data cleaning, validation and checks to enable data-driven decision makingAnalyse enterprise programme and engagement data to identify key insights and trends that inform enterprise workforce development and engagement strategies and policy enhancementsDevelop predictive models and conduct advanced data analytics to forecast programme outcomes and evaluate programme effectivenessCreate user-friendly interactive dashboards using data visualisation tools to present strategic insights on programme performance.
