Ltd and CITIC Commodities Pte Ltd specialize in the import and distribution of niobium products, coal, and non-ferrous metals like copper, lead, zinc, and their concentrates, the export of silver, the trade of steel products, and investment in and operation of metal mining products.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks related to data organization, contract management, document processing, and other duties as assigned by the department. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of international trade and business operations.Responsibilities:1. Assist in the implementation of data organization, including data entry, organization, and comparison.2. Support in submitting contracts and other business documents in internal system.3. Perform scanning, stamping, and signing of business documents as needed.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.5. Handle other duties assigned by the department to support trade operations and administrative functions.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or above in international trade, economics, English, or related majors.2. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document processing.4. Previous internship experience in data statistics, summarization, and analysis is preferred.5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.6. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.This internship offers valuable exposure to the dynamic field of international trade and provides an opportunity to develop essential skills in data management, contract administration, and business operations.
