Cybersecurity Lead Infra Engineer

• Perform the role of Technical Lead for engineers, providing additional technical support where needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and work closely with Delivery Manager to fulfil SLA and contractual deliverables.
• Oversee system health, ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of IT infrastructure.
• Manage incidents, lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of system issues.
• Implement updates, supervise patching, backups, and configuration changes.
• Ensure security, maintain compliance with security standards and respond to threats.
• Coordinate teams, work with internal staff and vendors to resolve technical problems.
• Monitor systems, using tools to track performance and generate reports.
• Drive improvements, via automation and upgrades for better efficiency.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Systems Engineer or Network Security Lead.

• Hands-on experience in deploying and maintaining large-scale enterprise and data centre solutions.
• Preferably with good knowledge and hands-on SI experience in the following areas:

• System maintenance and improvement.
• Troubleshooting and problem identification.
• Support of applications and IT infrastructures.

• Strong knowledge of system, VM Ware, Veritas, firewalls Proficient in Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, F5, Solarwinds or equivalent technologies is an advantage.
• Experience managing server operations, patching, and system health monitoring.

• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent team player and experience working in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work flexible hours especially after-office hour
