The scope of our business, combined with global growth and collaboration result in an inclusive employee experience characterised by continuous learning, development and achievement.This role will report directly to the Design Manager, Retail and Marketing Creative APAC, based in Singapore.Disney Consumer Products (DCP) is the business segment that brings stories and characters to life through innovative and engaging physical products and digital experiences across more than 100 product categories.About the RoleThis Retail & Marketing Creative Design Intern role has been developed to support Retail and Marketing Creative, APAC. This involved working collaboratively with multiple markets – mainly South East Asia, India, and other APAC markets when required.The intern will support creative developments for multi-market initiatives as well as gain exposure to global and local creative campaigns. This role will be involved in the entire marketing campaign/product development process from concept, pitching, and execution. He/She will be responsible for supporting on day-to-day responsibilities to ensure brand-centric, consistent and high-quality creatives across all aspects of branding, retail and marketing creative. He/She will be part of the team to pioneer uniquely branded Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, 20th Century Studios, and National Geographic retail and marketing creative initiatives.Responsibility:The role will assist on the following creative deliverables:Help with crafting creative visuals for sell-in pitches and presentationsCreative ideas and mood boards as thought starters for retail toolkits and marketing pitchesHelp in developing assets for retail and marketing creative toolkitsContribute ideas and support design development for retail and marketing campaigns, on-ground activations and digital assetsCampaign material and design reviews for external partners and creative agenciesCreative asset managementInternship Requirements:Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degreeStill an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship periodMust be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January to June 2026Indicate your internship availability (start and end date) in your resumeIndicate your expected graduation date in your resumeIndicate your design portfolio link in your resume and application*Please apply to this job posting only if you are available for a full-time internship during the stated period. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Requirements:Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma in Industrial/Product Design, Visual/Graphic Design, or Environmental DesignAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other graphic design and editing softwareAble to conceptualize, visualize, and design in 3D (Knowledge/exposure to SketchUp or any 3D design software is an advantage)Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote for MacExcellent command of written and spoken EnglishAdobe After Effects, Premier or any animation/editing software is also an advantagePassionate about consumer products, and partnership brand ideation for Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars productsUp to date with pop culture, fashion, retail and graphic design, and social trendsInterest or fan mentality for Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Lucasfilm movies, advertising, and other brand-related activities.The Walt Disney Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
