The Data & Analytics IT Domain PMO will be responsible for the governance of the Zone Data & Analytics IT project portfolios and implementation of the Zone IT Transformation program's initiatives in North Asia and SAPMENA. The role also supports financial management, budgeting, contract management, and reporting.The position requires collaboration with Zone Data & Analytics IT team, Group/Zone hub IT teams, IT finance/controlling, business partners, external partners, and the NA & SAPMENA CIO Office. The PMO will organize governance cadences, involve sub-team leads, and support communication and coordination for internal events.Key MissionsAdvocate the highest standards of IT portfolio management to ensure value creation for the businessSupport financial management of project portfolios across the domainEnsure effective communication across the ZoneSupport CIO Office and Employee Experience activitiesKey Job AccountabilitiesOwn, animate, and facilitate IT governance for the Zone Data & Analytics IT domainSupport management of the domain IT roadmap and portfolio: governance, committees, cadences, dashboards, and KPIsStrategically manage Group and Zone stakeholder IT initiatives and requestsAct as a proactive Zone IT partner by engaging with internal and external partnersPrepare for strategic planning, budget planning, Group CPP, Zone CPP, Domain Review, Governance Meetings, Project Review, and IT Zone MancomManage contracts with external partners, especially budget consumption, in collaboration with demand, delivery, solution, and BAU leadsTrack, measure, and communicate the value delivered by Zone IT initiativesDrive the budgeting process across the Zone and ensure timely completionSupport financial management and reporting while working with IT finance controllersLead internal communications for the domain's campaigns, initiatives, and eventsDrive agile/product transformation within Zone IT team and domainPartner with the CIO office to champion demand-to-project and demand-to-enhancement workflowsPreferred Profile / SkillsResults-driven, with prior PMO experience in a regional organization or IT domainAble to manage multiple priorities as an independent self-starter with excellent time management in a rapidly evolving business environmentStrong relationship-building skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and teams at different maturity levelsEmpathetic and influential with stakeholders' challenges and needsAble to contribute strategically, tactically, and operationallyEffective communicator with change management experienceAbility to challenge strategic plans where suitableKnowledge of project and product management methodologiesSound understanding of project finance and IT budgeting processesKnowledge of communication and learning functionsTechnical SkillsITSM/PPM tools (ServiceNow)Microsoft Office Suite (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)Tools for data extraction and reporting such as Power BI and MS Excel preferredCMMI, ITIL, Agile project methodologies (Scrum preferred)
