
Associate, Corporate Actions

- Manage the lifecycle of corporate actions from announcement to execution.
- Liaise with custodians and other financial institutions to gather necessary information
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of corporate actions events in the system.
- Incorporate simple research and analysis into the corporate action events.
- Communicate to portfolio managers upcoming events and solicit instructions
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance corporate action processing
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Corporate Action
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Experience in corporate actions or a related area (typically 2-5 years). Preferably with fixed income experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong drive to deliver excellent work
- Good team player who collaborates well with internal and external counterparts, self-motivated, and thrives in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of leveraging AI toolkits is advantageous
