Senior/ Sales Associate

• Greet customers immediately upon entering and exiting the store
• Create a positive first impression for the customer by showing an energetic attitude and by adhering to the GUESS. dress code
• Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards
• Provide customers with current and relevant product information
• Provide quality service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers in a timely manner, maintain cash wrap cleanliness
• Attempt to add on to the sale and build the look
• Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offer Gift Cards, and capture customers' information in the database
• Satisfactory completion of all duties as assigned by management
• Being punctual and adhere to the designated work schedule
• Being flexible and working well with peers & management to accomplish duties
• Follow GUESS? Policies and Procedures
• Perform housekeeping duties as required
• Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related activities including daily stock maintenance, product transfers, folding floor change, etc.
• Represent a positive attitude towards the merchandise and the company
• Participate in all inventories and set up/pack up EOS
• Assume and complete other duties as assigned by store management
• Scheduled shifts require standing for a minimum of eight hours

• 1-3 years of experience in fashion/ apparel retail, preferably from known international brands
• Proactive, adaptable, service-oriented
• Passion for fashion & luxury goods sector, willing to learn and go beyond extra mile
• Good command of English - written & spoken, additional language skill is an advantage
• Some scheduled shifts may require standing for a min. of 8 hours - can be on weekend (rotation basis)
