Firmware Analysis Engineer

- Perform issue analysis related to Intel ME/AMT (Manageability Engine / Active Management Technology) solutions across host systems, docking stations, and BIOS environments.
- Learn and keep up to date with Intel platform-related technologies, including EMA (Endpoint Management Assistant) servers and vPro AMT over Dock.
- Ensure ongoing maintenance and security updates of Intel ME firmware.
- Coordinate and communicate firmware-related topics with internal departments, customers, and suppliers.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience or strong interest in firmware, BIOS, embedded systems, or hardware-software integration.
- Familiarity with Intel ME/AMT or similar firmware platforms is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and willing to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Salary: Up to SGD 6,000 + VB
