You will play a crucial role in ensuring connected understanding and strategy across the company and driving initiatives to enhance organizational execution.Key Responsibilities:Drive and execute strategic initiatives to ensure implementation of connected strategies across the organization that is well aligned with the company’s strategic directionsCollaborate with domain leaders across the organization to identify growth opportunities, develop effective execution plans, and raise the bar for pragmatic roll outBecome on-demand leader to drive and execute strategic missionsDrive special projects assigned by the Senior Leadership team, including researching, analyzing, and presenting data to inform decision-making processesMaintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, while upholding confidentiality and maintaining discretion when handling sensitive informationAssess the risks, costs, and efforts associated with new initiatives or special projects, then oversee and guide these endeavors to completionHandle day-to-day tasks that require additional capacity, including coordinating projects with domain leaders and managing business administration responsibilitiesRequirementsA total of 10 years of work experience with minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a background in business strategy development, corporate strategy, or strategic / management consultingBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Finance, or other related fields.
