- Manage total expense base for the Technology group and produce weekly/monthly/quarterly and ad hoc reporting of the results and inputs for senior management review
- Manage month-end processes, be responsible for gathering relevant data, then analyzing and reporting the data in a meaningful manner to support management decisions around business processes and efficiencies
- Perform variance analysis to understand the key inputs of the results and provide commentary explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets
- Be responsible for allocations/recoveries including managing the billing and volume loads etc.
- Participate in the annual budgeting and monthly reforecast processes/cycles
- Be Responsible for organizational transfers and hierarchy maintenance
- Reconcile and analyze monthly financials from multiple reporting tools
- Create PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and other reporting for clients and Finance & Business Management team
- Perform detailed tracking of all key initiatives, risks and opportunities
- Facilitate ad hoc requirements around cost management, expense tracking and appropriate approvals
- Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible, and collaborate on projects to conduct global consistency and create synergies across the team
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of finance or accounting experience
- Detail-oriented individual capable of completing reporting and analytics accurately on a timely basis
- Possess capacity and desire to work both at a strategic and detailed analysis level
- Self-motivated individual to go beyond immediate responsibilities
- Exhibit strong relationship management skills to interface with various stakeholders
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to present information in a clear and concise manner
- Showcase excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Able to work independently as well as in a team situation
- Advanced systems skills e.g., knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Essbase, SAPCO and PowerPoint
- Data automation and visualization tool skills e.g., Alteryx and Tableau
