- Serve business demands of functional areas by designing specific solutions based on standard services from TAF Partner platform and own solutions design as exceptional cases.
- Assist the CIO and Business Partner Manager in advising business customers and ITx teams on technical inquiries relating to existing/non-existing services within the TAF Partner services portfolio.
- Manage relationships and oversee account management activities with TAF Partners and other 3rd parties.
- Coordinate the utilization of TAF Partner standard services and other IT services, including administrative tasks such as invoicing process lifecycle.
- Supervise the implementation process from technical perspective, ensuring integrated solutions that meet business specific operational needs, facility management, etc.
- Empower the TAF Partner Service Managers, Service Desk and onsite support Teams.
- Interface with Technology Domain and Innovation Architects and Portfolio Management to develop and maintain the service catalogue.
- Maintain regulation and compliance issues in the Singapore as a market.
- Resolve tickets, particularly those related to user management and Service Desk/Onsite support.
- Provide transparency to upper management at local, central and regional levels regarding technical activities and contribute insights to continuous service improvement plans to ensure TAF Partner service effectiveness.
- Guard and safeguard the transition and migration from the Current Model of Operation to the Future Model of Operation, including technical review and validation of migration concepts (including Runbooks).
- Participate in technical TAF Partner calls and workshops.
- Achieve customer satisfaction through actions taken.
- Deliver technical solutions aligned with business partner’s needs.
- Provide consultancy of business partners regarding services within and outside of the TAF Partner portfolio.
- Oversee implementation processes from both technical and administrative perspectives.
- Undertake any other reasonable task as assigned.
- Possess a Diploma in IT management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' of experience in IT Infrastructure and services.
- 5 or more years of end-user IT support experience, including proficiency in IT system processes.
- Proven track record in setting up IT infrastructure and applications.
- Demonstrated experience in liaising with Infrastructure vendors and services.
- Proficiency in networking and network architecture, encompassing end-client networking.
