- Enhancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) project management capabilities of IT department in the client organization.
- Assisting execution of improvement actions to realize sufficient IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities in the IT department.
- Collaboratively work with team members to execute improvement actions.
- Analyze workload of each project and task Adjust master schedule of each project
- Draft IT Service Management (ITSM) guidelines for IT department
- Draft template of IT Service Management (ITSM) deliverables (e.g. Policy, Standard, Procedure, Manual, Roles and Responsibilities, etc)
- Draft project status reports for IT Service Management (ITSM) enhancement
- Other relevant tasks (e.g. meeting facilitation, documentation, proposal of further improvement etc.)
- Bachelors degree and above 10-15 years of work experience
- Experience in consulting
- At least 3 year of IT Service Management (ITSM) experience for IT project
- Documentation experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) context (PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills are required)
- Systematic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Client facing experience
- Fluent Business level Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking clients
