- Enforce Safe Living Measures (SLM) i.e. safe distancing measures, segregation controls and all Covid-19-related restrictions
- Assist to ensure that only authorized residents are allowed into the dormitory
- Assist to conduct random checks to ensure that no prohibited items are brought into the dormitory's living domain
- Assist to maintain and update registers and journals.
- Perform patrols to enforce house rules
- Assist to only authorized vehicles are allowed to park in the premises and no obstructions along the driveway.
- Ensure that residents adhere to dormitory house rules and take appropriate action against offending workers
- Conduct random room inspections to check on general upkeep and also to verify that only authorized persons reside in the units
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
