We are seeking an individual to join the Global Telco Team as a Telco Analyst for the APAC region. This role will play a pivotal part in maintaining smooth operations within the telecommunications department by managing invoices, handling escalations, and assisting with key projects.Telco Analyst ResponsibilitiesInvoice Management: Review, validate, and process telecommunications invoices from various vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established billing procedures. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate recordsOperational Escalations: Act as a central point of contact for operational escalations, promptly addressing issues and facilitating timely resolutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient problem-solvingProject Management: Support the Telco Team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects. Assist with project coordination, documentation, and tracking of milestones to ensure successful project outcomesData Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to telecommunications operations, invoices, and escalations. Generate reports and insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize processesVendor Relationships: Cultivate productive relationships with telecommunications vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Engage in vendor meetings, negotiations, and performance evaluations as neededProcess Improvement: Continuously assess operational processes related to invoice management, escalations, and project coordination. Propose and implement process enhancements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiencyMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Proven experience in operations support, invoice management, and project coordination within the telecommunications or related industryDemonstrated analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data for informed decision-makingDemonstrated communication skills in order to effectively interact with internal teams and external vendorsDetail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyProficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management toolsIndependent and proactive with the skills to problem-solve to address operational challenges and escalationsExperience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environmentAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
