- Identify, develop and secure business opportunities in existing and potential markets.
- Expand new customers and maintain existing customer relations.
- Perform full business development function, including sales, marketing, financial modelling, presenting proposals, and negotiating commercial and contractual terms.
- Market EaaS solution offerings and create meaningful partnerships with potential stakeholders such as customers, OEMs, EPCs, Energy Auditors, consultants, etc.
- Understand customers’ needs by studying site information, conducting site walks and keeping abreast of latest regulatory requirements.
- Work with Engineering and Design, Project Development and Operations colleagues to prepare quality technical proposals.
- Develop financial models and structure commercial proposals for customers.
- Deliver clear and effective presentations to customers and their various stakeholders such as their management and consultants.
- Work with Legal Counsel to draft and negotiate agreements.
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.
- A good degree in Engineering preferred or Degree in Business Admin with a minor in Engineering or Double degree in Business and Engineering.
- Keen interest in sustainability in the built environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and good team player.
- Experience in M&E or ACMV is an advantage.
