- Represent the NUS BIZCareers Team to stakeholders, leading a diverse team towards achieving both local and global job placement goals and fostering a positive work culture
- Drive strategic planning aligned with the NUS Business School's vision as a global talent hub
- Cultivate strategic hiring partnerships locally and globally, engaging companies and businesses for internships and placements
- Develop and execute comprehensive career exploration programmes, workshops, and resources for students, alumni, and graduates seeking job opportunities locally and globally
- Collaborate with university departments to create impactful career planning resources
- Provide leadership in career advising, guiding students and alumni toward job placements while ensuring satisfaction and success metrics are met
- Collaborate with programmes offices to ensure seamless integration of career services into the overall student experience
- Work closely with employers, industry associations, and community partners to stay informed about current job market trends and opportunities
- Oversee accurate graduate employment data collection and reporting to the NUS Management and relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Dean's Office to analyze satisfaction surveys, driving improvements in career services and activities
- Regularly assess the impact and effectiveness of career services programmes/events through surveys and feedback so as to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the quality of career services
- Manage office budget, streamline processes for global team efficiency, and implement effective data collection systems
- Develop initiatives aligned with the school's vision to facilitate local and global job placements
- Utilize extensive networks in banking and consulting industries for career opportunities
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience with a focus on global job placement
- Proven track record in global business development, career coaching, and employment trends
- Strong communication, executive presence, and ability to engage stakeholders globally
- Strategic thinker adept at resolving complex issues in a fast-paced global environment
- Extensive global network and experience in facilitating international job placements preferred
- Resilient, resourceful, and able to thrive under pressure in global job placement contexts
- Willingness and comfortable with regional and international travel for business development
