- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes: from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Develop robust talent pipelines for various oil & gas roles, including engineers, supervisors, technicians, and offshore crews.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, including FCF/COMPASS awareness and EP/S Pass/WP processes.
- Collaborate with clients, project teams, and candidates to align on manpower plans and mobilization schedules.
- Manage CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) responsibilities, including compliance with MOM regulations, handling submissions, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and overseeing timely renewals.
- Facilitate mobilization activities such as work pass documentation, medical checks, and travel coordination.
- Maintain precise databases and weekly dashboards for transparent reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PR) are encouraged to apply.
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Must hold a valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) license in Singapore
- Have 3-5 years of experience in recruitment/HR coordination, preferably in oil & gas, engineering, or construction.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of MOM regulations and various work passes.
- Exhibit exceptional coordination, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems is a plus.
