Job Description:Manage vessel registration and ensure timely settlement of annual tonnage tax obligations for assigned ships.Coordinate with ship managers to investigate crew-related incidents or medical cases, ensuring thorough follow-up and reporting.Maintain and update the marine publication library to support compliance and operational readiness.Oversee insurance matters, including Protection & Indemnity (P&I) and Hull & Machinery (H&M), for designated vessels.Support and mentor the Marine Assistant, contributing to knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.Monitor and interpret daily weather data relevant to the company's fleet to aid safe navigation and planning.Handle post-fixture operational tasks to ensure uninterrupted coordination between vessels, managers, and charterers.Address and manage any cargo claims that arise on assigned vessels, liaising with relevant parties for resolution.Evaluate vessel performance in line with charter party agreements and prepare insights for operational and commercial use.
