
Customer Service Executive

- Coordinate shipment, schedules bookings, and prepare documents required for international shipping (air, sea and road transport) document
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for tracking shipments, processing orders, and providing quotes.
- Monitor shipments from the point of origin to the final destination, proactively communicate any delays and managing client expectations
- Prepare quotation based on customer needs, attend to problems, interest and propose competitive rates
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions to enhance their logistics experience for new products and services.
- Answer customer inquiries, schedule meetings, attend sales appointments.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, must be in Freight Forwarding, shipping and or Logistics
- Experience in administration and high-volume office work.
- Self-motivated with multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications, especially excel.
