About the job Administrative OfficerKey Roles and Responsibilities:
  • The primary duty of the administrative assistant, who answers to the General Manager, is to support the team on a daily basis with administrative tasks.
  • Give the technical team administrative support.
  • Taking calls
  • Data entry, coordination, and filing of pertinent documentation
  • Create presentation materials and frequent vessel inspection reports.
  • Make travel and ship inspection plans.
  • Monitor invoices for submission to the accounts department and supervise reimbursement claims.
  • Get letters ready for delivery.
  • Carry out additional ad hoc tasks as given
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in administration for one to two years is ideal.
  • A minimum of an ITE, diploma, or A-level
