Provide support across all HR operational processes and activities related to training and exit clearance, relocation support and work permit relevant process.
Support employee engagement through different activities and multi channels
Conduct data analysis and handle to deliver HR related reports
Provide continuous improvement ideas and implement to enhance work efficiency
Participate in or help implement Corporate and Site projects, track progress, deadlines, and priorities of projects/ activities.
Provide audit preparation support
Provide support to HR department on other ad-hoc responsibilities
