Job Description:Details of the Division and Team:The key responsibility of the role is to manage Cash Operations functions for Singapore Branch.Candidate is expected to have a deep understanding of the evolving industry trends for core operations products and processes for Singapore Branch. That’s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.You can expect:Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation servicesComprehensive leave benefitsGender Neutral Parental LeaveFlexible working arrangements21 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working ArrangementYour key responsibilities:Managing Cash Operations team in Singapore and delivering excellent support to business and client.Provide oversight of any exceptions escalated from offshore team and provide the supports of tackling the requests.Managing the exercise of internal, external or regulator audits and prepare the relevant documentation for meeting the requirements.Proactively driving consistent, standardized, efficient and effective risk and control standards, as well as regulatory complianceExecuting Cash operations transformation agenda, to assist of building scalable and sustainable operations and achieving cost target.Working with key stakeholders, partners to drive on time and quality execution.Assisting the Head of Singapore cash operations to act as an escalation channel for relevant operational issues.Partner with stakeholders and IT partners to consistently improving our production stabilities.Your skills and experience:Minimum 5 years’ experience in a financial services organization with proven experience in Cash and Payments-related Products & Operations.Proven knowledge of different business processes across cash functions with the risk and control mindset for Singapore and offshore teams in the region.Experience in handling GIRO instructionsMinimum a bachelor’s degree.Technical and commercial understanding of the Operations Products as well as Operations processes.Ability to analyse and demonstrate flexibility for taking up the ownership regarding problem solving.Ability to work in tight deadlines fast-paced environment.Manage complexity and ambiguity well with proven skills for managing risk and control within an operational setup.Working knowledge of automation toolkit and Robotic Process Automation is an advantage.Working with a positive attitude and being a good team player is the key.Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
