Job descriptionWe are partnering with a leading global financial institution on a major front-office technology transformation programme. They are building a next-generation trading platform to replace Murex across their capital markets business.This is a multi-year, high-impact initiative at the heart of the bank's trading operations, and they are hiring an experienced Delivery Manager to take end-to-end ownership of delivery across multiple workstreams.​📌 What You'll DoLead the delivery of front-office technology solutions in a complex, fast-paced trading environmentCollaborate closely with Front Office users - traders, sales, and structurers - across global marketsDrive planning, execution, and governance across multiple teams and stakeholdersEnsure timely and effective delivery of a strategic platform replacement programme​✅ What We're Looking ForProven experience as a Delivery Manager or Programme Manager in capital markets technologyDeep understanding of front-office workflows in asset classes such as FX, Rates, Credit, or CommoditiesHands-on experience with Murex or similar trading platforms (e.g., Calypso, Summit, or in-house builds)Strong background in leading large-scale platform replacements or modernisation initiatives​💼 What's on OfferSalary up to $250,000 + front-office bonus structureShape a greenfield trading platform from the ground upWork with top-tier stakeholders in a global markets environmentBe part of a strategic, high-visibility transformation programme with long-term impact​Interested in leading one of the most exciting trading tech transformations in the market?
