1. Maintaining an effective and organized stockroom area.
2. Executing store operations with particular focus on product flow to and from the sales floor.
3. Provide feedback and support team membersPrimary
1. Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
2. Inventory management - Prepare, manage & execute accurate bi-yearly stocktake to avoid product shrinkage.
3. Be knowledgeable of product performance (Best Sellers/ Black Hole) and arrange BOH (Back of House) plan accordingly.
4. Ensure implementation of Model Store standards for BOH, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and general health and safety.
5. Be a role model for stockroom operations and complete deliveries quickly and accurately while adhering to stock protection procedures.
6. Commitment to team roster and positive attendance record.
7. Accurately record and manage all inter-store and warehouse inventory movement and do this in a timely manner.
8. Ensure adequate supplies to create an effective stockroom environment and continually maintain this (including all merchandise) within and around the vicinity.
9. Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire.
10. Product offer is represented on the sales floor
11. Identify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to drive operational efficiency.
12. Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members.
13. Make yourself available to support other team members when needed.
14. Complete all applicable training programs and effectively apply the learning on the job.
15. Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve your performance.Secondary
1. To keep the store environment clean, neat and tidy.
2. Adhere to company retail standards, operation procedure and policy.Professional background/ Experience:

Functional: Experience in Retail / Sales / Warehousing
Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail
Exposure: Sports, Fashion
Secondary / Certificate in Retail Management

Excel: Intermediate
Powerpoint: Intermediate
