Customer Care Specialist (West, 1 year contract, up to $3500)

- Basic Salary: up to $3500 + completion bonus
- Process customer orders, provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about orders and products.
- Order processing, including customer check, PO check, order entry & book in SAP, customer/item maintenance in system, RMA handling, etc.
- Coordinate with plant planners and logistic team to know the order status and have the customer well-informed.
- Follow up customer inquiries includes but not limited to lead time, price, order status, delivery tracking etc. Respond & resolve customer issues timely.
- Deal with customer complain, routing the issues to proper support individuals or teams.
- Be responsible for filing of all documents related to order processing, including PO, contract and any other supporting documents.
- Assist finance with collections/invoicing issues.
- Prepare reports required by management team and review backlog with customers.
- Other tasks assigned by the team leader.
- Diploma/Bachelors Degree with minimum 2 years Customer Service/Supply Chain/Trading experiences

- Proactive and clear thinker, open minded, excellent time-management with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Familiar with ERP system such as SAP or Oracle is an asset.
- Strong PC skills, proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel.
- Applicant needs to be able to communicate well and have outgoing personality.
