- To check and ensure that all repair orders are timely closed (within 2 week of end control).
- To invoice warranty claims within the submission timeline provided.
- To process all warranty claims and check for accuracy before send for validation.
- Prepare invoice does not process report to avoid claim submission time exceeded.
- Bi-daily repair order collection from Service Dept and cross checked with Customer Service Advisor(CSA) hand over list to avoid any missing CSA Repair Order (RO) by email.
- To follow up Repair Order and ensure that both CSAs and Workshop foremen submit all RO on time. Communicate with them directly to understand their needs.
- To follow up warranty enquiries by CSAs and workshop personnel.
- Verify the accuracy of goodwill requisition by CSA.
- Repair Order Sorting and Preparation for scanning after claims was submitted completely with warranty ParaDM checklist.
- Monitoring of Work In Progress(WIP)(Ageing) not more than 60 days
- Weekly follow up, update related departments on all outstanding repair order and purchase order status or any approval required.
- To perform other duties as and when required by Immediate Superiors or Service Manager.
- To provide documents during Warranty Dept. External and Internal Audit.
- To back up Warranty Executive on Extended Warranty Administration, Technical Campaign request and GDMS support from inter department.
- Minimum O Level in any fields with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in automotive industry is preferred
- Computer literate
