As a member of GTFD (SNG) Trade Finance Credit to be responsible for protecting our exposure by acting as intermediary between Front and Back Offices. His/her main responsibility is to monitor and control the utilization of the limits of FIs under GTFD's purview are within approved credit parameters and submission of instructions to back offices for execution.Job ResponsibilitiesPrimary

To process and check issuance of instruction sheet for FI trade transactions within approved control limits and approved credit parameters
To assist in limit reservations, settlement and reconciliation in the Global Gateway System.
If necessary, communicate with RM to find out the underlying trade flow of the transactions
To maintain accurate exposure control of FI trade transactions
Prepare reports based on requests and/or requirements of GTFD management, marketing officers and provide responses to various audit requests.

Secondary

To co-work closely and communicate effectively with the respective related departments to achieve higher efficiency
To perform other duties assigned by management, manager or other senior officers
To cover the duties for other colleagues in Credit Control group in their absence

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Team player
Meticulous and possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and able to interact with colleagues of all levels.
Works independently as well as within the team with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure.
