• Building procedures and policies for best practice for the Singapore agency, implementing and enforcing them to ensure consistency
• Delivering production solutions for the project design routes
• Assessing the relevance of hardware, software or training required to optimise our production offer and making suggestions on which to use ensuring that they improve the efficiency of the team
• Research and showcase trends in packaging production to support the creative studio in pushing the boundaries
• When apparent, highlighting the need to develop additional standardised practice
• Constantly challenging ways of working to keep the creative output fresh and industry leading

• Building relationships with clients and their reproduction agents to expedite a smooth and speedy knowledge transfer
• Print buying and vendor negotiation within the production sphere by reviewing, source proofing and organizing mockup services, printers, finishers, and product service vendors able to deliver on the high-quality expectations of Bulletproof and our clients
• Ensuring the quality and accuracy of digital origination of artwork files as per the brief
• Providing clear and actionable recommendations supported with appropriate rationale grounded within client, category, and industry knowledge
• Assisting clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with both clients and managers

• Commercial awareness; play your part in Bulletproofs profitability
• Build and strengthen the Bulletproof Singapore Production offer; develop, regulate, and evolve efficient local production procedures in accordance with company growth and strategy
• Ensuring correct adherence to guideline requirements pertinent to the project (brand, product information, mandatories and legal); research and develop these as internal artwork guidelines to enable a speedy execution of accurate work
• Ensuring the highest level of execution of production tasks on projects
• Attending press checks for sign off
• Work closely alongside the Creative Services Manager to source and book freelance resource when required
• Managing freelance artwork resource to ensure all Bulletproof procedures are adhered to, all work is executed to the standard consistent with Bulletproof requirements and that Bulletproof gains the maximum benefit from their services
• Conducting project planning and pre-production meetings to determine what information or assets are required for further design development and successful profession to artwork, whether the creative is executable within the production constraints of the projects and whether the team has the artwork resource requirements to support accurate budget forecasting
• Ensuring artwork delivery is free from error and the quality meets the need of the Creative Directors
• Quality checks on all artwork produced in Singapore and provided by the London team to ensure it meet the standards set by the Creative Directors

• Educating project stakeholders and develop best practice to expedite delivery of artwork
• Coordinating artwork to meet deadlines, liaising with the London Creative Service Manager and Production Manager to schedule and allocate artwork resource appropriately ensuring efficient and timely execution of all projects
• Informing the creative studio of opportunities to enhance the end product (e.g., substrates, print and finishing techniques)
• Collaborating with the London Production Manager to enhance the quality of Bulletproof’s production offer
• Build and manage a team of artworkers to cost-effectively deliver the quality needs of Bulletproof New York
• Work with each team member to ensure they deliver on the quality and speed required for each role
• Developing and maintaining training regimes to nurture their talent to benefit the team, the creative studio and company as a whole
• Ensuring consist updating of long-term workflow, informing the senior management of any potential recruitment needs, thinking proactively regarding the capacity of the team
• Conducting interviews and assessments of potential freelance, part time or permanent employees
• Liaising with the studio and Client Service team to establish accurate budgeting and efficient running of projects
• Managing the Production Team and ensuring that the Production offering is upheld but also advanced within Bulletproof
• Developing strong communication and working relations between the Client Services team and the Creative Studio
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Production team, ensuring all Artists are equipped to deliver on projects to the standards of Bulletproof
• Anticipating training needs of the team and organizing suitable training sessions when required
