- Able to understand clients' requirements quickly and communicate with internal and external parties for the required resources
- Diligently monitor clients' orders and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of orders
- Liaise with clients and resource providers on billing matters and prompt payments
- Meticulous with numbers and competent with Excel
- Able to perform data entry duties and handle administrative tasks assigned
- Understanding of billing process preferred
- 'A' level/Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year working experience in transport or logistics industry is preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills to interact professionally across functional teams and multiple levels within the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to make calls outside office hours preferred
