- Conducts analysis in the laboratory, to calibrate in-line meters.
- Executes Microbiological analyses, including sampling, sample preparation and reporting results, in line with the valid Laboratory Methods.
- Implements raw material analyses, including sampling, sample preparation and reporting results, in line with the valid Laboratory Methods.
- Carries out simple activities for the local Sensory Panel.
- Assist Brewing team to prepare lab scale propagation.
- Performs Laboratory QA activities – Ring Test, Control samples to deliver accurate QC analyses.
- Investigates analyses deviations vs Ring Test, HTS, Diageo reports and initiates corrective action.
- Enforces daily or simple equipment calibration and maintenance.
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
