- Lead the complete lifecycle of data exchange projects, ensuring thorough planning, execution, and ongoing maintenance
- Define project parameters, goals, and expected results in partnership with stakeholders
- Develop and oversee detailed project schedules, budget estimates, and progress benchmarks
- Ensure efficient allocation and coordination of project resources, tasks, and activities to meet deadlines
- Proactively address and strategize against potential risks and obstacles to keep project momentu
- Apply expertise in data exchange technologies such as web services, RESTful APIs, XML, JSON to enhance process efficiencies
- Implement strategies for data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data
- Serve as the main contact for project stakeholders, offering updates and solutions to maintain project alignment and satisfaction
- Facilitate clear and effective communication, organizing stakeholder meetings and workshops to align project goals and requirements
- Leverage sector-specific knowledge, especially in manufacturing, to adapt data exchange solutions that align with business needs and goals
- Fulfil all other duties as assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience, emphasizing data exchange and integration, with a preference for manufacturing sector experience
- Proficiency in web services, RESTful APIs, XML, JSON, and related data formats
- Experience with integration platforms, middleware, and ETL tools
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous
