Payroll Associate - SAP

• Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5pm

• Process payroll for Singapore employees
• Coordinate with HR to maintain accurate SAP employee data for payroll, retaining documentation for audits.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll promptly.
• Act as the point of contact for payroll and timekeeping systems, handling troubleshooting.
• Prepare and provide payroll, travel, and business expense information for month-end and ledger posting.
• Track and recharge payroll-related costs to affiliates.
• Complete and review periodic and year-end reporting.
• Respond to auditor inquiries and local tax/government requests.
• Provide support in Finance/payroll system testing and implementation projects.
• Assist in testing employee data integrity with payroll vendor.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or any other relevant discipline.
• Strong knowledge of local personal tax regulations and implications
• Firm understanding of payroll processing principles
• SAP / ERP systems, Finance and Accounting system knowledge
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite especially Excel and Word
