$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities

Reports to the Operation Manager for all document reporting.
Maintain and filing of documentation.
Responsible for correct document flow, reporting, and tracking.
Collection proof of delivery by own vehicle, preferred by own motorcycle.
Ensure Bond permits are in well proper manner and tracking.
Liaise with internal on document processing.
Liaise with boat operations and agents.
Adhoc Admin duties assigned by the Operation Manager.

Requirements

NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/ Warehouse / Freight Forwarding is a plus.
Valid Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.
