- Help drive improvement in all conversion rates of the customer journey and in particular, lead to enquiry conversion rate and timings
- Provide enrolment and student data as needed
- Ensure data is captured accurately and in timely manner on all systems
- Assist to book and conduct tours
- Set up and administer CAT tests as needed
- Other duties as directed by the Head of Admissions.
- Support the delivery of a personalised experience (visit or otherwise) for each prospective parent and pupil
- Develop personal rapport with prospective parents and pupils
- Assist the Admissions Manager by gathering as much information on specific needs, background and profile of each parent and pupil, based on the information provided to tailor each visit
- Answer Admissions phone calls and emails and/or direct all to the appropriate pares.
- Assist the Admissions Manager in the processing of student information for new pupils during application and prior to the start date, identifying and following up on gaps in all the information and documents required to support a pupil enrolment.
- Support the assessment process for each pupil, working closely with the Academic Leadership Team.
- Responsible for the onboarding and orientation process for each family.
- Support data integrity with accurate records on the CRM and ensure parents and student documents are up to date
- Liase with agents and ensure that the SOP is followed and gather data for agent reviews, keep track of agent commissions and update as necessary.
- Serves parents/customers by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Liaises with the school nurse and class teachers as required Communications and Community Relations
- Receives and cares for children who have not been picked up on time, as requested by staff
- Supports requests from teaching staff, in liaison with the School Receptionist
- Maintains security by following procedures.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and Mandarin (Chinese) to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
- Outstanding time management and organization skills
- Experience of the school admissions process, preferably in a private education space an advantage
- Experience in use of multiple customer database, CRM tools and digital / online platforms
- Experience in working with clients in a multi-cultural setting
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Degree level preferred
- A minimum of three years sales / customer service experience in a similar or related environment
