- Position Title: Sales Executive
- Working Location: North - Industrial Area (Nearest MRT: Ang Mo Kio) - a few bus stops away from MRT
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 9 am-6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 4300 + Allowances (Transport + Phone) +Variable Bonus

- Prospect and make cold calls to potential clients
- Create detailed proposal documents based on prospective clients' formats as part of a formal bidding process
- Get a clear understanding of client's business requirements during sales calls
- Follow up on all sales inquiries
- Prepares client sales reports
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
- Manage all objections with the view of closing the sale
- Make accurate, timely cost calculations and provide clients with quotations
- Negotiate with potential clients on pricing, costs, delivery, specifications, and terms of an agreement during closing in consultation with the Sales Manager
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Gather market intelligence, industry and client information, and business trends
- Advise management on forthcoming service developments and discuss special promotions
- Monitor own sales performance with the aim of meeting or exceeding targets
- Attend internal team and sales meetings to network, share, and learn best practices with colleagues
- Min O level
- Min. 1 year of working experience in a related field
- Preferably to know the construction/renovation industry
- Having attended sales training course is a plus
- Training provided to an inexperienced candidate
