Job Description:The candidate is to oversee the efficient operation and category management of fresh food products inclusive of assigned fresh categories to him/her across all of FairPrice. This role involves setting up counters, managing multi-deck chiller displays, tracking performance, guiding/training/monitoring staff performance on ground, ensuring quality control, maintaining inventory, maximizing profitability, managing shrinkage while adhering to health and safety standards across all stores.Qualifications:

Proven 5 years of fresh food operations or a related field with managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
People management with excellent communication and internal/external customer service skills.
Proficiency in inventory/shrinkage management, budgeting and basic computer skills
Organised, self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Possesses significant fresh food processing knowledge, handling, safety, quality, store/counter setup and good standards of merchandising
Sound financial and budgeting skills
Sound written and verbal communication
Computer literary (SAP, Tableau, Microsoft, Google Suite)
Positive mind-set with an owner's mentality: sense of purpose, accountable and responsible
Strong business acumen
Good interpersonal skills

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6pm
