- To undertake ALL Refrigeration & HVAC equipment troubleshooting, maintenance and system know-how from Retail Stores to Distribution Centres.
- To assist and apply necessary technical skills for the energy efficiency focus on refrigeration & HVAC system, under the Energy team.
- Responsible for the jobs assigned to and the ownership of ensuring that all jobs assigned are completed within the stipulated time frame.
- Assist and undertake all jobs assigned and be required to communicate with the call centres for all verbal advices & instructions given to the stakeholders.
- To ensure that all jobs assigned to, have perform the necessary closed down to effectively update the system for the entire visibility of the operation works.
- To ensure that all parts required to perform the job is ordered and clearly communicated to the One Stop Shop (OSS) team at the soonest time available to ensure no delay in ordering and purchase.
- Responsible for monthly standby duties troubleshooting & rectification works during standby time.
- Responsible for the guidance of technicians for the troubleshooting of Refrigeration & HVAC work.
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in HACCP / NSF audits is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
