- Handle learners' enquiries on course information and schedule, as well as subsidy eligibility.
- Provide end-to-end support on grant administration i.e. application, checking of status, and finally notification on grant approval.
- Drive the sale of workshops, programs and Diploma courses from various training providers in the region (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, UK).
- Support the warming up of leads via telemarketing and/or direct email marketing channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and government policies related to education and training.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management.
- Drive enrolment via canvasing method at our roadshows from time to time.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Candidate with no prior experience in this industry may be considered
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of government-funded education programs and eligibility criteria.
